Can I share my membership with family members or friends?

However, please be aware that memberships are intended for individual use only. Sharing memberships is not allowed to ensure that all members can enjoy the full benefits and cost savings. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and continue offering these exceptional deals.

If you have friends or family who wish to share sessions, we recommend exploring our packages section, where they can find suitable options for their needs. Our packages are designed to accommodate shared usage and provide flexibility for group sessions or multiple users. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Question 3

Can I put on hold my membership?

Absolutely, you can put your membership on hold, but please note that we only allow holds for medical reasons. Your health and well-being are our top priorities, so if you have a medical issue that temporarily prevents you from using your membership, we'll be more than happy to assist you. However, it's important to clarify that, aside from medical reasons, no other reasons are valid for putting your membership on hold. Please reach out to our customer support team with the details of your medical situation, and we'll work with you to ensure your membership remains convenient and accommodating.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Our membership cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring commitment to your health and well-being. In accordance with the terms of the contract, all agreements are binding during the entire initial period, after completing the period it can be canceled at any time by verbal or written notification (via e-mail or SMS), ten days before the next auto-renewal.

Early cancellation will only be made under a medical order, along with a signed notification. If you need to cancel your membership early for any other reason, please note that a flat fee of $100 will apply. Our priority is to support your health journey, and this policy exists to maintain your commitment while meeting your medical needs when necessary.

Do memberships automatically renew?

Yes, our memberships are set to automatically renew for your convenience. After the initial Membership Agreement has expired, this agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the prevailing membership rate. It's important to note that the amount charged will remain consistent until the cancellation of the contract, even if KOV adjusts the prices during the term of your existing contract.

You can choose to cancel the contract once completing the inital period, please contact KOV Staff in writing (via email or SMS) at least ten days prior to the next auto-renewal. You will be responsible for all charges billed or incurred before the cancellation. Additionally, if you decide to sign a new contract after cancelation, the prices available at the time of signing the new contract will apply.

Question 6

What happens if I miss a payment for my membership?

If you miss a payment for your membership, KŌV reserves the right to terminate your membership for non-compliance with our Membership Agreement. Additionally, you won't be eligible to sign up for a future membership for a period of one year, and any remaining sessions you have will be canceled as a result.

It's important to ensure timely payments to maintain the continuity of your membership and session benefits. Remember that, if for any reason (different from health issues supported with doctor's note) you have the option of paying an early cancellation fee in accordance with our Membership Agreement.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Certainly! You have the flexibility to upgrade your membership at any time. If you choose to do so, we will apply the amount you've already paid during the current period to the new membership tier, and you'll only need to cover the difference. This allows you to access additional benefits and services as your needs and preferences evolve.

For downgrading your membership, please note that you will need to wait until the initial period term ends.
