Absolutely, you can put your membership on hold, but please note that we only allow holds for medical reasons. Your health and well-being are our top priorities, so if you have a medical issue that temporarily prevents you from using your membership, we'll be more than happy to assist you. However, it's important to clarify that, aside from medical reasons, no other reasons are valid for putting your membership on hold. Please reach out to our customer support team with the details of your medical situation, and we'll work with you to ensure your membership remains convenient and accommodating.
Our membership cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring commitment to your health and well-being. In accordance with the terms of the contract, all agreements are binding during the entire initial period, after completing the period it can be canceled at any time by verbal or written notification (via e-mail or SMS), ten days before the next auto-renewal.
Early cancellation will only be made under a medical order, along with a signed notification. If you need to cancel your membership early for any other reason, please note that a flat fee of $100 will apply. Our priority is to support your health journey, and this policy exists to maintain your commitment while meeting your medical needs when necessary.
Yes, our memberships are set to automatically renew for your convenience. After the initial Membership Agreement has expired, this agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the prevailing membership rate. It's important to note that the amount charged will remain consistent until the cancellation of the contract, even if KOV adjusts the prices during the term of your existing contract.
You can choose to cancel the contract once completing the inital period, please contact KOV Staff in writing (via email or SMS) at least ten days prior to the next auto-renewal. You will be responsible for all charges billed or incurred before the cancellation. Additionally, if you decide to sign a new contract after cancelation, the prices available at the time of signing the new contract will apply.
If you miss a payment for your membership, KÅŒV reserves the right to terminate your membership for non-compliance with our Membership Agreement. Additionally, you won't be eligible to sign up for a future membership for a period of one year, and any remaining sessions you have will be canceled as a result.
It's important to ensure timely payments to maintain the continuity of your membership and session benefits. Remember that, if for any reason (different from health issues supported with doctor's note) you have the option of paying an early cancellation fee in accordance with our Membership Agreement.
