Preparation

Arrive in comfortable clothing suitable for sweating. If you don't have appropriate attire, our technician can provide disposable clothing upon request. Hydrate with a minimum of 8 ounces of water to prepare for an increase in core body temperature.

Choose your routine

Upon scheduling your appointment, our technician will pre-heat the sauna for your session. Select a health benefit program for your session tailored for specific health benefits including cardio, detox, weight loss, relaxation, pain relief, or anti-aging.

Monitor your comfort

Listen to your body throughout the session and adjust as necessary. If you experience discomfort, discontinue the session and inform our staff. Enjoy our In-Sauna Entertainment with videos, podcast, meditation*.

Post-sauna care

Rehydrate after your session with 8 to 24 ounces of water or an electrolyte drink to replenish fluids. Dry off with an absorbent towel provided by the technician, and allow your body to cool down naturally
